Terms of service.
These are the terms of the private beta. They will change before the product is sold, and the date below will change with them.

The service
Deckview is a self-hosted analytics and CRM application for a portfolio of software products. You run it on infrastructure you control. The operator of that deployment is responsible for the data it reads and the people it writes to.
Private beta
The beta is provided as is, without a service-level agreement. It may change, lose data, or stop. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot lose.
Acceptable use
Do not use Deckview to send unsolicited bulk mail, to evade a provider's limits, or to process data you have no right to hold. The outbound tools are for a person writing to another person, not for a list.
Your data
You own the data in your deployment. Deckview does not receive a copy. If you stop using it, the database and its backups are yours to keep or delete.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator of the deployment is liable for its use, and the software is provided without warranties of fitness or availability.
