Four steps, one database, no client framework. Every number on the page can be traced to a collector and a SQL query.
- 1Collect each product's facts
Accounts, web events, Stripe subscriptions, SES mail events, Prometheus infrastructure, the LLM gateway's metering. Each collector writes a copy into one Postgres. A source that is down costs one stale section, not the page.
- 2Join one person across products
Accounts are grouped by the address behind them. The funnel, the retention grid and the person page all use the same definition, so two pages cannot disagree about who is active.
- 3Decide what wants a person
The Overview ranks the queue by what it costs to ignore: a broken collector first, then a failure on the way in, then people waiting, then the numbers. Every line names the page that acts on it.
- 4Act without leaving the record
Write the mail, open the deal, set the task, turn the flag on, read the experiment. The result lands on the same person, and the next read starts with what changed.
