Deckview is self-hosted. The operator of the deployment decides what it reads; this page describes what the software stores and for how long.

This website
The public site sets no advertising cookie and loads no third-party script. The server keeps ordinary request logs for availability and abuse. If the site's tracker is enabled on a page, it records an event and a coarse session, not a recording of the screen.
The application
A deployment stores the accounts and events of the products it measures, the mail envelopes of the mailboxes it reads, and the CRM records its operator types. It stores the operator's email and a hashed password for sign-in. It does not sell data or send it to a third-party analytics service.
Retention
Raw web events are kept for 180 days by default. Rollups are kept without a visitor id. CRM records, mail envelopes and account rows are kept until the operator deletes them.
Your choices
To ask for a copy, correction or deletion of data in a deployment, write to the operator of that deployment. For this site, write to [email protected].
